How to survive the 2017 IRP Awards

Well, we can’t believe it. After a year-long build up, the IRP Awards is finally here! It’s the biggest and best night of the year, and we want to make sure you enjoy every second of it.

Here’s our guide to surviving the 2017 IRP Awards:

1. Get your glad rags on

It’s the biggest night of the year – and you want to make sure you’re dressed to impress! It’s not every day we get the chance to glam up, so don’t miss the opportunity. With an exclusive IRP Awards Snapchat filter, official photographer and Twitter wall all in residence tonight, you’re going to want to look your best.

2. Start slowly at the drinks reception

We’ve all done it. You walk into the venue, see how stunning it looks, spot the waiters with the prosecco and then down two within the space of ten minutes. While it’s easy to get carried away with the excitement, you’ve got a long night ahead of you and you don’t want to go over the top at the drinks reception and then end up with a blurry evening. Try and pace yourself.

3. Enjoy your gourmet three course dinner

We’ve seen the menu, and it’s something special. This is the time to indulge. Sit back, relax and enjoy the surroundings.

4. Get your selfie smile on
